Revised: 12/5/20
Welcome to GForce Racing Leagues
We are a group that are passionate about racing and strive to provide a well-managed, adrenalin pumping, wheel-to-wheel racing experience with high standards of race-craft, clean racing and drivers that show respect to their fellow competitors with an emphasis on camaraderie and a community environment. Members know that they are a part of something bigger than just the on-track experience.
Our league is based on 3 principles that have made it successful.
If you are looking for other racers that enjoy racing without all the drama and name calling of normal iRacing, come out and join us. We race Sunday to Thursday and currently broadcast 3 Divisions.
Like and share our Face Book page https://www.facebook.com/GForceRacingLeagues/?modal=admin_todo_tour
Visit our website www.GForceRL.com
The GForce Racing Leagues currently supports 305, 360, 410 Dirt Winged Sprint Cars, Big Block Modifieds, 358 Modifieds, Midgets, Street Stocks, and a Skip Barber Asphalt Series.
Always race drivers the way you want to be raced and be respectful. We all race for fun. We all make mistakes. Everyone gets caught up in other’s mistakes. It is extremely unlikely that the other driver was intentionally trying to ruin your night. Accept it and move on. The high emotions that are a normal part of close racing do not justify verbally abusive or other inappropriate expressions toward officials or other racers.
Disrespectful communications, including foul or threatening language and insults, will not be tolerated in the GForce Racing Leagues.
Race Communications
Good communication is essential to good race craft and incident free racing.
Pit Notes
Pit Notes are typically released the day before the race on our GForce Driver Communication Facebook group page. They will contain Penalties to be applied that week. They may also include Hot Shoe and other important League information.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO READ THE PIT NOTES
Races
Unless otherwise stated, each race will be comprised of:
Starts/Restarts
Cautions
Lapped Traffic
General Rules & Tips
Do
Do Not
Blinking
Drivers are required to maintain a consistent connection to the iRacing.com session server.
Drivers who warp, blink, or bounce are subject to penalty.
Any time a driver is warned that his/her connection quality is poor, that driver must drop to the back of the pack and if the connection quality does not improve that driver is expected to pull their vehicle to pit road.
Failure to obey will result in Disqualification and possible suspension.
If there is a discrepancy on the finish, checkered flag determines the finish.

Bonus Points
Qualifying: 5,4,3,2,1 for top 5.
Complete 75% of Race: 5
Hard Charger: 5
Finish with Zero Incidents: 5
Fast Lap: 1
Thanks for showing up! (Didn't make Feature): 20
Penalty Points
Minus 1 Point for each Incident Point.
Once you reach 15 incident points in the Feature, you will automatically be disqualified from that event.
Incidents per Lap (iL)
All incidents will be counted from Heats, Mains and Feature.
Drivers need to maintain an average less than 0.250 incidents per lap run (equal to 10 incidents in a 40 lap race). Renegades need to maintain an iL under 0.200 and Rebels need to maintain an iL under 0.225
Your iL can be found on the Results Pages. Think of iL as the league's Safety Rating.
A high iL suggests that you lack good car control (RaceCraft) and/or you're driving too aggressively!!!
Your iL must be under 0.500 after 2 races, under 0.400 after 3 races and under 0.300 after 5 races or you will be demoted or removed.
Hot Shoe Rule
If a driver wins 2 consecutive A Main events in a Division, that driver shall be put into the 24th starting position. Should that driver win the A Main from 24th position he will be given a 25 Point Bonus for that event and once again be placed on the Hot Shoe list for the next event.
This will continue until he does not win the “A” Main.
Standings
Scoring will be tracked using iRacing League Manager Software and can be found on the GForce Racing Leagues website www.gforceRL.com
All point ties in the top 5 will be decided by most Wins, 2nds, 3rds, etc until the tie is broken.
There are 2 drop weeks in each Division for the season.
Driver Numbers
We will allow variations of the same number. Similar to how Sprint Racing allows letters (ie. 47x), we will allow a Prefix (ie. 1-47, 2-47). These would be registered in our league as 147, 247. The actual paint on the car could display the first number at one half height (minimum) as the other numbers (similar to the World of Outlaws Rules).
You must display the number you’ve been assigned in the league or points will not count for the night.
Mandatory contrasting numbers (no black on black scheme etc)
Members who miss a full season will be removed from the league and lose the right to their number on their return.
Reinstatement - Upon returning allowed to choose any 2 or 3 digit number not already assigned
iRating
Your iRating must be below 2000 to be eligible for the GForce Outlaw League.
Once members are in the league, their iRating is Grandfathered and there is no upper limit. However, if a member leaves or does not race for a full season without previous arrangements, they will no longer be eligible to return if their iRating is over 2000.
End of Season
At the end of each season there will be reassignments to re-balance the Divisions. It will be based on:
GForce Elite will be comprised of:
The Renegades Division will be comprised of:
Rebels Division will be comprised of:
Raiders Division will be comprised of:
Rustlers Division will be comprised of:
Please Note!
Drivers must move up a Division if they are eligible at the end of the season.
At mid season, they can refuse to move up a Division, but will then be ineligible for transfers each week.
Penalty Points System
In order to maintain high levels of racing, a penalty point system is in place that both restricts promotion, and causes demotion. The system is as follows:
Points Awarded
Heat EoL - 1 Point
Feature EoL - 2 Points
Suspension - 3 Points
Implications
If at the end of a 10 week season a driver has accumulated 6-8 penalty points, the driver will not be eligible for promotion. There are no drop weeks for Penalty Points.
If at the end of a 10 week season a driver has accumulated 9 or more points, the driver will be automatically demoted or removed from the league.
Protests and Reviews
We have a large Review Committee composed of dedicated Drivers who have volunteered their time. All Reviews and Protests are reviewed by at least 3 members, resulting in a consistent, fair review.
No incident will be reviewed during the race. Accept it and move on. Remember that in racing, accidents happen. The primary intent of the protest system is to give the at-fault member an opportunity to learn and grow as a driver. It also gives league officials the ability to identify patterns and issues before they become a larger problem.
If after the race you still feel strongly about the incident, please copy and complete the following information and submit within 48 hours.
